Quality Management
Leipzig Tourismus und Marketing GmbH defines its goal as increasing quality awareness and safeguarding and further developing the quality of services within the company. We are therefore certified according to the guidelines of Level I of the nationwide training and quality seal program "Service quality Germany“ and are aiming for the planned recertification every three years. In addition, the tourist information is i-Mark of the DTV certified. Here, too, recertification is scheduled to take place every 3 years.
