Development
The first tourism breakfast was held in the Moritzbastei in April 1996. Since then, the tourism breakfast has developed from a casual discussion platform into a thematically defined, moderated event with panel and audience discussions.

Leipzig Tourism Award
Since 2002, the Leipzig Tourism Prize has been awarded annually to a company and a personality who have made a special contribution to tourism in Leipzig.
