Clown Museum Leipzig

Insight into the unique world of circus art

Two dolls that look like clowns stand in a lot of exhibits in the Clown Museum in Leipzig, cultural institution

The Clown Museum in Leipzig is the only one of its kind in Germany. Newspaper articles, photos, film footage and over 350 circus posters illustrate the lives of the greatest artists in this area.

There are also more than 3,000 figures made of different materials and from different countries on display. The exhibits include artists such as Charlie Rivel, Antoschka and Galetti.
