Wheelchair access to the monument is possible via the entrance "An der Tabaksmühle". Access to the lift in the entrance area of the monument is at"St. Michael-Plateau“. From there a lift will take you up to the "Gallery of Singers".
There are wheelchair accessible toilets in the museum's entrance hall.
The museum has a guidance system for blind or visually impaired visitors.
