Blüthner Master Concert: Mariamna Sherling

Mariamna Sherling’s musical career began in 2014,
when she won first prize at the 10th International Competition
"Young Virtuosos" in Sofia. Her first musical
She received her musical education at the Gnessin Academy of Music.
From 2019 to 2024 she attended the Moscow State Tchaikovsky Conservatory and is currently studying at the
Royal College of Music in London. In 2015, she received first prize and a laureate diploma at the II International George Gershwin Competition in New York.
From 2016 to 2020, she performed concerts with the Moscow State Philharmonic, the Moscow State Conservatory, the St. Petersburg Philharmonic, in Switzerland, Israel, Italy, and the USA. In 2019, she was a prizewinner at the Delphic Youth Games in Rostov-on-Don. In 2020, she was the second prizewinner of the Alexander Scriabin International Competition (Grosseto, Italy), and in 2021, she won first prize at the Lyon International Piano Competition. She received first prize at the Carl Maria von Weber International Piano Competition in Dresden in 2021, and in 1, she was the third prizewinner of the Hastings International Piano Concerto Competition in England. In 2022, she toured Russian cities with the NFORM and Moscow Virtuoso Orchestras under the direction of Maestro Vladimir Spivakov. In the same year, she received the diploma from the Santander International Piano Competition and toured with
The Elbland Philharmonie Sachsen under the direction of Natalia Stets toured Germany. In 2024, Mariamna Sherling won third prize at the First International Piano Competition for Composers of Jewish Faith in Hanover. She has worked with conductors including Mikhail Khokhlov, Ilya Norshtein, Pavel Gershtein, Yuri Bashmet, Vladimir Spivakov, Sergey Stadler, Denis Vlasenko, Ivan Nickiforchin, Rory Macdonald, Osvaldo Ferreira, and Natalia Stets.
