In our barista course, you'll learn everything you need to know about espresso to optimally operate your machine. You'll learn what makes a good espresso, how to correctly adjust the grinder and match it to the coffee and machine. You'll also learn about the various influencing factors and how to correctly combine grind size, water, temperature, etc. to produce a delicious espresso.
In addition to learning the theoretical foundations, you will have the opportunity to apply and practice your new knowledge extensively in practice.
In small groups of max. 6 participants, we spend entertaining and highly informative hours and can personally address your needs and questions, so that you go home with valuable new skills.
