For the 26th time, the Leipzig Heart Center invites you to its Cardiovascular Spring Conference on March 13 and 14, 2026. This established continuing education event is aimed at physicians specializing in cardiology, electrophysiology, and cardiac surgery, as well as general practitioners, and will once again offer a comprehensive update on current developments in cardiovascular medicine.
The 2026 spring conference will focus on key topics in modern cardiology. A central theme will be how to further strengthen collaboration between hospitals, cardiologists in private practice, and general practitioners. The conference will also highlight current guidelines on coronary artery disease and valvular heart disease, rhythmological decision-making processes, modern prevention approaches, and a comprehensive update on heart failure. The program will be complemented by insights into pharmacotherapy – from classic drugs to drug interactions and electrolyte management.
A particular highlight in 2026 will again be the interactively prepared live cases, in which interventional teams analyze and discuss complex situations from everyday clinical practice together with the participants.
