flea market at the Alte Messe

The traditional Alte Messe flea market not far from the Battle of the Nations Monument is considered the little brother of the Agra Antique Market in Markkleeberg.

Once a month from March to November, flea market fans have the opportunity to indulge their passion for collecting on the grounds of the Old Leipzig Trade Fair Grounds. Every first Sunday, the oldest treasures from Leipzig's junk and antique dealers gather here to find a new home.

With 100 to 200 traders on a regular basis, whose stalls are set up not far from the unmissable “Double M” (the landmark of the Old Leipzig Trade Fair Grounds), the market is a real treasure trove for culture and junk lovers every month.
