With the exhibition "ORIGINS - Life's Epic Journey", the Kunstkraftwerk Leipzig invites you on an immersive journey through the origins of life.

At the Kunstkraftwerk, the cultural hotspot in western Leipzig, the origin of life has been reinterpreted visually and emotionally: The exhibition "ORIGINS - Life's Epic Journey" combines digital art, cutting-edge technology, and scientific findings into a unique multimedia visitor experience.
The monumental halls of the former heating plant offer a multisensory 360-degree experience that brings the magic of our planet's formation to life. A total of eight exhibition rooms take visitors on a journey from the creation of the universe to the first life forms. Fascinating soundscapes and special effects accompany the powerful images and impressive 360-degree projections, rounding out the overall experience.

Last admission is at 18:30 p.m. on Thursdays and Sundays and at 19:30 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.
You should plan to spend approximately 90 to 120 minutes visiting the exhibition.
