Since 2019, experts from health insurance funds, policymakers, and researchers have been gathering annually in Leipzig to discuss risk structure equalization (RSA)—the fundamental instrument for stable statutory health insurance financing—at the RSA conference. This event is organized in collaboration with the Junior Professorship of Health Economics and Management at Leipzig University.
The 7th RSA Congress will take place on November 26 and 27, 2025, at HEALTH INNOVATION SPACE LEIPZIG (Puschstraße 6a, 04103 Leipzig).
