The historical site focuses on old crafts and rural work techniques: Visitors can watch butter churning, blacksmithing, sheep shearing, wool processing or basket making and sometimes even try their hand at it themselves.

Homemade sausages, bread and dripping, as well as coffee and cake, are offered, inviting visitors to linger. The Schwarzbach musicians provide musical accompaniment, creating a lively atmosphere.
