The Wild Strings Trio is a top-class combination of acoustic musicians who, with their enthusiasm and virtuosity, bring a kaleidoscope of styles and emotions that delight audiences at every turn. French cellist Toby Kuhn, Slovakian violinist Petra Onderufová and Slovenian guitarist Aleksander Kuzmić, who live in Slovenia, mix Balkan rhythms, funk riffs, jazz improv, flamenco, Celtic and much more into epic compositions that are much more than the sum of their parts. The trio's traveling lifestyle takes them regularly through Europe and takes them as far as Tehran, Samarqand or Beijing. Along the way, they repeatedly meet fabulous musicians and warm people who they weave into a music of discovery and transformation. Their current album Bendjistan was released in 2019.
