24th Leipzig Radio Play Summer

From July 8th to 12th, 2026, the 24th Leipzig Radio Play Summer will take place in Richard Wagner Grove. Visitors can expect a diverse festival program with numerous radio plays, features, live acts, competitions, workshops, and more. The largest open-air radio play festival in the German-speaking world begins daily at 14 pm (10 am on weekends) with a family program. From 18 pm onwards, the evening program takes place on the meadow by the Elster flood basin. As always, admission is free.
