Weekend for first-graders in the Zoo Leipzig

All first-graders will receive free admission to the zoo on the weekend of starting school (August 15th/16th) and will be given a small goody bag and a free ice cream to get them in the mood for a special day at the zoo, packed with numerous activities and wonderful animal encounters. Zoo mascot Tammi will also be there, and zoo guides will transform all the (still) vacationing children into cheetahs, snails, and other animals. A varied program from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. each day is designed to sweeten their start to this next chapter of their lives.
