Quarto Piraguas

Cuatro Piraguas – in Spanish, named after the traditional pirogues or canoes – musically moves between Afro-Peruvian rhythms, the folklore of the Colombian Caribbean and the multifaceted and vibrant sound traditions from Venezuela and Brazil.

The compositions and interpretations tell of deep emotions and social realities. At the same time, they celebrate the beauty of the everyday and of nature.

The band is currently working on their own compositions and preparing their first EP album, which is scheduled for release in the summer of 2026.
