Behind the , the idyllic **Schwanenteich** awaits you. Not far away, behind the , you will find the **Linnéanlagen** with the Otto Koch Monument. Separated by Universitätsstraße, the Linnéanlagen finally lead into the picturesque **Schillerpark**, characterized by the impressive Gellert Monument and a large lawn.

On the northwestern edge of the city center, you will find the , surrounded by a green lawn that is perfect for a relaxing break – especially in spring, when the square is surrounded by colorful flower beds.
