The beach bistro, located right next to the lake stage, offers with its high-quality and constantly changing menu a perfect place to enjoy and relax. Owner Tommy Gerlach is a trained chef and has worked all over Germany, from snack bars to 5-star hotels. For the beach bistro, he deliberately uses best ingredients from the region. There are not only chips and cola here; guests can always look forward to new dishes, some of which are thematically appropriate to the events on the Biedermeier beach.
In front of the bistro there is also a small Terrace with comfortable loungers that invite you to sunbathe and relax while eating in the summer. There are also sturdy wooden tables and benches on the beach next door. If you would like to enjoy the good food at home, just speak to the owner directly, as no catering requests are left unfulfilled.
