All products from Corso are made entirely by hand, with the highest standards of quality and use of selected ingredients being the absolute maxim. The skill and years of experience are reflected in the first-class gateaux, cakes and baked goods. The production of Christmas stollen and other Christmas pastries is of particular importance. In addition, Corso is one of the few remaining confectioneries in Germany that produces Baumkuchen exclusively by hand.
