Eismanufaktur Hayna am Schladitzer See

Coffee
Ice cream parlor/ice cream parlor
German, regional cuisine
The ice cream factory offers over 20 constantly changing ice cream flavors made in-house, as well as coffee and cake, with the best view of Lake Schladitz.

Hayna Ice Cream Manufactory took its first steps in 2012 with a small mobile ice cream bike, which set up shop at Lake Schladitz on weekends, stocked with ice cream from a wholesaler, and providing cold scoops to sweltering visitors on hot days. Since 2018, the ice cream has been made in-house with the finest ingredients in a small ice cream kitchen. Since then, freezers, blast chillers, and pasteurizers have been running continuously, producing what is probably the highest quality ice cream. The creamiest, tastiest and most unique ice cream in the region.

Since 2020 there has been a permanent location on the Biedermeier beach with over twenty constantly changing ice cream flavors in the freezer and a large outdoor terrace With seating and a prime view of Lake Schladitz. In summer, they offer various ice cream sundaes – named after Biedermeier figures – as well as coffee or hot chocolate, a changing selection of cakes and cold drinks; in the colder months, you can also enjoy waffles and mulled wine.
