In summer, cyclists, families, couples and dog owners alike flock here. Zierlich Manierlich, which has long since become a fixture in Leipzig with its colorful wagon, is a very special café. There is only outdoor seating on the adjacent large lawn. With blankets and cushions provided, you can enjoy the end of the day and watch the sunset here.
The Zierlich Manierlich provides all sun worshippers with coffee specialties, homemade lemonades, chai, snacks, and home-baked cakes, quiches, and cookies. The products used are mainly organic or regional products from Leipzig. There is also always a selection of vegan drinks and dishes.
What makes it so popular with families is the selection of squeezable snacks and rice cakes for the little ones and the toy box where everyone can help themselves. So you'll happily stay for one or two more drinks.
The circus wagon with cult status opens daily from April to the end of October. The hatch only remains closed in bad weather.
