Experience Leipzig in its entirety in a combination of a city walk and a sightseeing tour! This compact tour offers you a comprehensive overview of the most beautiful and important sights of the city in around 2,5 hours - led by a certified tour guide.

First, you will explore Leipzig's most famous landmarks on a one-hour walk through the city center. You will see the imposing St. Nicholas Church, the magnificent passage of the Specks Hof, the historic Naschmarkt with the Old Stock Exchange and the famous Mädlerpassage with Auerbach's Cellar. Of course, we will also stroll through the market with the Old Town Hall and see St. Thomas Church and the Bach Monument.

At St. Thomas Church, you will then board an air-conditioned coach with your tour guide and discover more of Leipzig's highlights during a comfortable 1,5-hour tour. Along the city ring, where Leipzig residents demonstrated peacefully in the autumn of '89, we will pass the Runde Ecke, once the headquarters of the state security service. You will see the zoo with Gondwanaland, the picturesque Gohlis Castle and the historic Waldstrasse district.

Passing the Red Bull Arena, we come to the trendy Plagwitz district with its fascinating mix of industrial architecture, lofts and waterways. You will see the music district, the media city Leipzig as well as the Panometer and of course the impressive Monument to the Battle of the Nations.

The tour continues to important cultural and historical sites such as the German National Library, past the Russian Memorial Church, the Old Fair and the Bavarian Train Station. Your guide says goodbye at Augustusplatz. Here you will find the opera, the Gewandhaus and the modern university campus.
