“Let us live for God in France” – it is not for nothing that this motto stands for the French culture of enjoyment.
Together we want to discover the joys of French cuisine. You and your team will prepare a 4-course meal and then you can enjoy the delicious food to the fullest at a beautifully laid table. Matching French wines round off the menu.
Our head chef Henri Kutzscher will explain the secrets of a delicious, creamy ratatouille soup and will prepare a slightly different surf & turf dish with you as a starter: an exciting duet of prawns and corn-fed chicken. The French way of life is reflected in the main course with two kinds of pork fillet, creamed savoy cabbage and tomato-covered duchess potatoes. To round off the meal, we will serve a light chocolate mousse with red wine pears and wish all participants "bon appétit".
Each participant will receive a cooking apron from us on loan and of course all the recipes so that they can cook them at home.
