Hansa Haus (Grimmaische Straße)

Former venue of the Leipzig Trade Fair

View into the Hansa-Haus courtyard which exemplifies the architecture of the courtyards and arcades in Leipzig and is perfect for shopping, leisure activities, culture.

The Hansa Haus, completed in 1906, was destroyed in World War II and then rebuilt in a simpler form. In the 1990s, a completely new building with a modern façade design was erected.

The impressive, glassed-in courtyard with Art Nouveau elements, which was reconstructed true to the original, is unique in Leipzig. Here you will find a Chinese-style spouting bowl filled with water, letting you create extraordinary sounds.
