The boat rental on the Karl Heine Canal in beautiful Plagwitz is an ideal starting point for discovering Leipzig, the Auwald forest and the Neuseenland region from the water.

Not only is it possible to hire canoes and kayaks, but various guided canoe tours and dragon boat tours are also offered. The Freizeit-Abenteuer team attaches great importance to quality. For this reason, every visitor receives a short paddle instruction, a waterproof buoy and a water hiking map.

Public transportation: The nearest bus stop is Leipzig, Lindenau, Bushof (lines 8, 15, 60, 64). The destination is about a 600 m walk from there.

By car: The boat rental "Freizeit-Abenteuer" is located in the western part of Leipzig in Neulindenau and can be reached via the B87 (Lützner Str.) and Saalfelder Str.
