Hamburg's historic harbour barge was built in 1958 in the Jastram shipyard in Hamburg. In 2003, the ship was adapted for use as a passenger steamer in Leipzig's New Lake District. You can charter the ship by the hour as desired or plan a personalised cruise on Lake Cospuden, following a whiskey, battlefield, or classical coffee and cake theme. Sailing into the harbour of marriage on the MS New Lake District constitutes a real highlight.
