City skyscraper, university giant, wisdom tooth, panorama tower: the tallest office building and landmark of the city of Leipzig has many names. At 142,5 meters, it is the second tallest skyscraper in the new federal states.
A must for all visitors to Leipzig is the viewing platform on the 31st floor. From here you can enjoy a wonderful panoramic view of the city - in good weather even far beyond the city limits. The best thing: not only does it offer a fantastic view of the skyline of the trade fair city, but also the Panorama Tower restaurant "Plate of Art“ with delicious specialties.
The entrance fee for the viewing platform is €5,00 per person.

The city skyscraper is located directly on the centrally located Augustusplatz and can therefore be reached on foot from the market square or Leipzig Central Station.
Alternatively, tram lines 4, 7, 8, 10, 11, 12, 14, 15, 16, 51, 56, N10 and N17 stop directly at Augustusplatz, as do buses N8 and N9.
