A forest classroom is also available in the adjacent parking lot and visitors can marvel at the excavation sites, burial grounds and relics on various paths (from approx. 2 to 10 km). In Kühren change to bus 659 to Sachsendorf (Kühren-Burkartshain), Mittelteich. The destination is about 2.5 km away on foot. By car: Take the B6 to Kühren. Turn off in the direction of Wermsdorf. After leaving Sachsendorf (via Alte Poststraße), turn left after approx. 1.5 km. You will reach the parking lot after approx. 1 km following the forest path. Via Wermsdorf: At the Hirschplatz junction turn towards Luppa/Dahlen, turn left onto Sachsendorfer Straße. Continue on S42 in the direction of Wurzen B6 (Alte Poststraße).
