The memorial and social centre documents the life of Norwegian composer Edvard Grieg with a permanent exhibition on his work in Leipzig.
During his time in Leipzig, Edvard Grieg often resided at the former publishing house in Talstraße 10.After extensive restoration, the music salon now houses a permanent exhibition on the life and work of the Norwegian national composer. Concerts still take place today where Grieg once played samples of his new works for his publisher.
