The 36th edition of the international dance and theater festival in Leipzig.
For the 36th time, euro-scene Leipzig presents international dance and theater guest performances from November 3 to 8, 2026.
The festival takes place every year at the beginning of November and is dedicated to the state of our society over six days in twelve to 14 international dance and theater productions from different perspectives, placing great emphasis on unmistakable artistic signatures. The program focuses on contemporary theater and innovative dance that challenge: courageous, time-diagnostic pieces, socio-politically relevant performances as well as works that touch the senses and inspire a subsequent dialogue.
euro-scene Leipzig presents a diverse range of performances from well-known international celebrities of stage art to new discoveries in the younger generation. The festival is thus aimed at a "broad" audience of different age groups and with different artistic preferences.
The program will be published at the end of September 2026.
