The European Youth Camp is a bungalow facility with 6 bungalows that offer cosy accommodation for up to 44 guests. Constructed as showrooms for the 4th Saxon State Garden Show in Oschatz in 2006, it offers the perfect location for class and group trips, seminars and private getaways from 1 April - 31 October.
The 6 bungalows each contain two separate living spaces. Each living space is furnished with 2 bunk beds or 2 single beds, a sitting area, shower, and toilet, as well as spacious built-in cupboards. In addition, a fully equipped communal kitchen and other facilities are available in the main mud-hut. Here, you can also wash and dry your laundry if needed. The barbecue area with seating, a training room and a large lounge with billiards, table tennis, darts, table football and board games also invite you to linger.

Just 100 metres away from the European Youth Camp is the Platsch waterpark and sauna centre. Breakfast and entrance to the waterpark and outdoor swimming pool at the Platsch water park during opening hours are included in the accommodation price.
More attractions, such as mini golf, go-carts, a skate park, wildlife park, maze or pony rides are also available in O-Schatz-Park. The European Youth Camp is situated in the peaceful, green Döllnitz meadow.
Just a 5-minute walk and you find yourself right in the town centre of Oschatz, where you can stroll around, shop or eat ice cream. Additionally, the European Youth Camp is the optimal starting point for bike and hiking tours in the Dahlen Heath and the Wermsdorfer Forest, or a ride on the "Wild Robert" narrow-gauge railway.
