Experience rural history at close quarters in this medium-sized three-sided farmstead. 3,000 exhibited items depict working and living conditions, handicrafts and the bee-keeping. In the rooms, which are furnished with great attention to detail, you will find countless appliances, household items, clothes and laundry. Particularly worth seeing are a mangle from the 19th century and an old wooden oven. The changing exhibitions present much worth knowing about Granny's school time and local history. Agriculturists should also take a look at the former barn. Here you can marvel at illustrious museum pieces such as tools, carts and threshing machines. The farming museum is open every Wednesday from 4.30 pm to 5.30 pm and every Sunday from 2.30 pm to 4.00 pm. On selected dates, special events such as showbread baking and the harvest festival take place.
