Short facts

The German Central Library for the Blind (DZB) provides blind and visually impaired people with an extensive range of literature and information. This is not limited exclusively to the library, but also includes Braille and audiobooks, magazines, reliefs and sheet music, which can be borrowed or purchased. 

The following sections are in the library:

  • Braille Literature/ Sheet Music
  • Audio book (in DAISY format)
  • Scientific Library (WBB)

You can also order desired media online through the catalogues provided. Audio books are also available for download.
