Elstermühle coffee roastery

The owners, Annette and Mario Rose, specialize in "first crack" roasts - this gives the coffees an intense, mild aroma. In addition to their great passion for coffee, the focus of the two is on craftsmanship - each bean is roasted with care and love. The Elstermühle, located opposite Leipzig's city harbor, is an inviting and open location, so visitors can watch the roasting process live. The range includes espresso, single origin and blend coffees and constantly new creations that are of exceptional quality. The "Leipziger Käffchen" variety is very popular, and can also be stylishly packaged as a gift if desired. This or one of the other unique coffee varieties with a regional connection can also be enjoyed in the shop and relax the soul or even strike up a conversation with other coffee lovers.
