The original gable mill was built on the outskirts of Lindennaundorf in 1848 by Carl Friedrich Kanold. In 2009, it was completely dismantled by the local association. The reconstructed and completely restored mill was inaugurated on the occasion of the 17th German Mill Day in 2010. The functional and wind-powered windmill is an impressive example of traditional craftsmanship. Enjoy the numerous seasonal highlights and experience the windmills turning again after 65 years. The gable mill is always worth a visit thanks to the mill playground.
