From here, the water city of Leipzig can be easily explored! A variety of tour experiences start at the city harbor and show the city from a completely new perspective. A network of rivers, streams and ditches stretches for around 180 kilometers and is waiting to be explored.
During a leisurely motorboat tour or an active paddling tour, guests explore the beautiful river landscape of the White Elster and the Karl-Heine Canal. On the tour - past the Palmengarten weir, the Buntgarnwerke and the Riverboat - visitors get to know Leipzig from a completely different side.
Afterwards, you can relax with a cool drink at Leipzig's Stadtstrand beach. Located directly on the city harbor, the beach offers spacious outdoor seating as well as delicious food and drinks.
