Leopold Stentzler built the monumental reinforced concrete skeleton structure from 1914 to 1916, which is particularly striking from the outside due to its rich figurative decorative elements made of shell limestone. It displays particularly characteristic features from the many years of experience with the trade fair.
In the inner courtyard with a glass roof, a two-storey early Baroque bay window from around 1690 draws all eyes.
