After 20 years under the management of Andreas Bürger, the Leipzig Volkshaus changed hands at the end of 2018. Carl Pfeiffer, the new operator and Leipzig restaurateur, contributes a great deal of experience, especially since he already manages three established Leipzig businesses (Killiwilly, Luise and Kaiserbad).
