Wyhra Ethnographic Museum

Short facts

Village life from the 1900s comes alive again in the museum located in an old farmhouse.

In the permanent exhibition, village life from the 1900s comes alive again. Originally furnished rooms and historical exhibits show the everyday life of peasants at the beginning of the 20th century. School classes can experience educational activities like baking in the farm oven, and much more.

During the special events, time-honoured festive and celebratory traditions are revived. In the museum café you can enjoy regularly-changing art exhibitions and the youngest visitors can romp around the playground in the fresh air.
