Geithain bourgeois house
Space for associations, the senior club and more
In February 1955, volunteers started working on it and after a year, it was finished. On 3 March 1956, the citizens of Gethain were in possession of a new cinema. The new cinema was modern and tastefully designed. The population helped with the National Edifice by offering thousands of volunteer hours. After reconstruction and the extensive renovations, it is now the Bourgeois House, and a wonderful venue in the region. Here, there is space for clubs, the senior club, and many events, both private and public, take place.
There is space for up to 300 people in the hall. The ground floor is wheelchair accessible. In-house sound, light, acoustic and cinema technology ensures the perfect backdrop is attained for events, discussion and private use.
