The lost property office is currently not open to the public. However, you can contact them by phone to ask about your lost items and schedule an appointment to collect them if needed.

Yes, Wi-Fi is available to guests free of charge. It is an open network and you do not need a password to register. 
You also have unlimited use of "Leipziger" Wi-Fi free of charge within the City Centre. 

It's easy:

1. Activate Wi-Fi in your smartphone settings.
2. Select "Leipziger" from the networks displayed. 
3. Accept the terms and conditions of use.
4. Start surfing for free!

Since April 2023, the city of Leipzig has levied an accommodations tax for overnight stays in hotels, hostels, holiday rentals, etc. All the relevant information can be found on the City of Leipzig Website.
