The playing card and specialty store

When you hear Altenburg, you think of Skat and playing cards. That's right! Playing cards have been made here for 500 years, and the game of Skat was invented 200 years ago. In Germany's most diverse playing card shop, you will find over 350 different card games, a huge number of antiquarian playing cards, books about playing cards and accessories.

The playing card shop is an Eldorado for playing card fans and the largest in Germany. Here you will find the factory outlet of the ASS Altenburger playing card factory with the entire range in one place. There are also over 400 different playing cards and playing card games from all over the world as well as exclusive own editions to browse through. The extensive antiquarian bookshop is interesting for playing card collectors. If you have found playing cards in the attic and want to have them valued or sell them, this is the right place. Other Altenburger originals in the shop on the market include regional handicrafts and culinary specialties such as liqueurs, mustard, cheese, beer and saffron.
