The Hayna Beach Association has set itself the task of building a unique cultural venue on the Hayna shore of Schladitzer Lake. The ambience and thematic focus are based on the historical Biedermeier era. However, the program goes far beyond that: During the summer season, dance and theater performances, concerts and the traditional Biedermeier beach festival take place regularly. Regional theater ensembles and bands as well as national artists now perform on the beach.
In order to welcome guests and performers in any weather conditions without having to forego the stunning natural scenery, approximately 900 spectators can be accommodated in the covered stage directly on the shore of the lake.

Arrival & Parking
Take the S-Bahn line 2 to the Rackwitz, Bahnhof stop. Then take the FLASH bus 216 to the Hayna, Biedermeierstrand stop.
Take bus line 207 (e.g. from Delitzsch S-Bahn station, which can be reached with the RE 13 from Leipzig main station) to the stop Hayna (Schkeuditz), Zur Schafshöhe industrial estate. Then it's a 20-minute walk (1,3 km).
