On the Leipzig city tours you will experience the city of Leipzig with all its well-known and popular sights.
You can choose between the red inner-city tour or the green, seasonal tour to Lake Markkleeberg. Sightseeing stops at the Leipzig City Harbor, the Panometer Leipzig, and the Monument to the Battle of the Nations along the red tour allow you to hop on and off at various stations to explore attractions of your own interest. A tour lasts approximately 100 minutes, with a 20-minute break at the Monument to the Battle of the Nations.
Your ticket also entitles you to a 45-minute walking tour of the city center. The tour takes place daily from March until the start of the Leipzig Christmas market.
The green tour is available seasonally from Good Friday until the end of October and leads to Lake Markkleeberg. Along the route, with a total of six stops, you'll learn interesting facts about the former lignite mining area and the memorial sites of the 1813 Battle of Leipzig. It can be combined with a boat trip on Lake Markkleeberg.
