Plagwitz district park

Playground
The Plagwitz district park is a green corner right on the Karl-Heine Canal. With a playground and giant slide, it is particularly popular with families.
A small patch of green between industrial charm and the Karl-Heine Canal; that is the Plagwitz district park. Here you can relax on the lawns between the trees or play with the children on the Playground climbing or ping-pong play.
The absolute highlight is the giant slide, which ends directly on the bank of the canal. Here children and adults can slide endlessly.

From the Plagwitz district park you can get directly to the barrier-free boat dock the Karl-Heine Canal. There, a bridge over the canal connects the park with Karl-Heine-Straße with many hip shops and restaurants.
