From spring to autumn, a wide variety of events from the Central Saxon Cultural Summer, the Central Saxon Theater and other cultural organizations take place there in a unique setting. Opening hours

In 2025, "Peter Pan" and the operetta "The Countess Mariza" will be performed on the Kriebstein Lake Stage. The exact performance times in June, July and August can be found on the Kriebstein Lake Stage website.

In addition, the Kriebstein Cultural Summer Nights will take place from August 07.08th to 09.08.2025th, XNUMX.

Arrival & Parking

By car: Take the A14 exit Döbeln-Nord and drive on the B169 towards Waldheim.

By public transport: Take the train to Mittweida station, Schweikershain stop or Waldheim station.
The "Zschopautaler" bus runs to Lauenhain and Kriebstein. Bus line 642 runs six times on weekends and public holidays to the Kriebstein Dam and back. Alternative bus connections to Kriebstein are line 678 from Mittweida to Kriebstein, turning loop (approx. 900 meters walk), and lines 919 and 920 from Waldheim to Kriebethal (approx. 2,5 km walk).
