What was once the largest industrial station in Europe is now a place of recreation, culture and community in the Leipzig district of Plagwitz.
In 2012, the city of Leipzig acquired the industrial wasteland from Deutsche Bahn. With the help of citizens, a unique area was gradually created that combines living, nature and culture.

Arrival & Parking

The Plagwitz public train station is about a 5-minute walk from the Plagwitz terminus of tram line 14, the Zollschuppenstraße bus stop on line 60 and the Plagwitz S-Bahn stop on line S-1.

It can be reached by car via the B87. There are parking spaces in the adjacent streets and at the actual Bürgerbahnhof.
