The Cammerspiele were founded on the site of Werk 2 in 2000 and today serve as a central production facility for young theater artists. Over ten new productions and 150 events are realized here every year.Innovative projects in the field of performing arts, which are dedicated to new forms of expression and current topics as well as social issues, are implemented in the CAMMERSPIELE "laboratory". Young artists are trained and promoted in a targeted manner at the borderline of professionalism. Professional support and supervision of the actors, directors, authors and theater collectives is guaranteed. This also applies beyond one-off projects.
