The historic Hamburg harbor barge was built in 1958 at the Jastram shipyard in Hamburg. In 2003, the ship was converted into a passenger steamer for the Leipzig New Lake District. You can charter the ship by the hour to suit your needs, or plan your own personal cruise on Lake Cospuden with themed options such as a whisky tour, a traditional feast, or a classic coffee and cake cruise. As a special highlight, you can even sail into the harbor of matrimony on the MS Neuseenland. In cooperation with the Zwenkau registry office, couples wishing to marry have the opportunity to get married right in the middle of Lake Cospuden. Just ask the team!
