As a municipal meeting and information exchange center, the Schweizergarten Cultural Center is available to a wide variety of organizers, clubs and associations with a wide range of interests and is an event and performance venue as well as a cooperation partner for their projects.

The Wurzen Film Club has found its home in the lavishly renovated "Blue Hall" of the Schweizergarten cultural center. The cozy club cinema atmosphere offers space for up to 40 visitors to enjoy classic films and other special films with popcorn and other treats. In cooperation with the State Film Service of Saxony eV, DVD technology is used to offer a cinema experience on site at a low price.
