Family Center at GeyserHaus
The Family Center at GeyserHaus in Gohlis is a meeting place for families and children. A wide range of activities and support services are offered here for parents and children between 0-6 years. The aim is to strengthen families and meet their needs. The center organizes workshops, parent-child groups and cultural events. They are also available for advice and support: families find an open and welcoming environment to network and build valuable relationships. You will find our family center on the grounds of the GeyserHaus park stage in the picturesque Arthur Bretschneider Park. When you enter the area through the main entrance, our center is located on the top left near the playground, in a building with characteristic wooden paneling.
The journey by public transport is as follows:
Tram line 16: Choose the direction of the exhibition grounds and get off at the Mosenthinstraße stop. From there, cross the street and walk out of town on the left. After about 50 meters, you will reach a path between the apartment blocks that leads you down to Gräfestraße. There, turn left and after about 50 meters, you will see the green entrance gate to the GeyserHaus park stage on the right.
Tram line 12: If you are travelling towards Gohlis Nord, get off at the Baaderstraße stop. After getting off, turn right, Baaderstraße is just behind you. Follow it down to a small car park. At the end of the car park you will see a striking, rectangular building with wooden paneling - this is where our family center is located. Cross the car park, keep to the right and follow the grounds of the GeyserHaus park stage until you reach the entrance gate on the left.
